Service Description:

• The Female DJ Directory is a paid platform designed to increase visibility for professional female DJs. DJs can create profiles to showcase their experience, services, website, and contact information.

• The Website also allows individuals, event organizers, and potential clients to search and browse DJ profiles to learn more about available DJs.

• Female DJ Association provides the directory as a platform only and does not guarantee employment, bookings, or the quality of services provided by listed DJs. All profiles are reviewed against the FDJA Standard before going live. Female DJ Association reserves the right to decline, suspend, or remove any profile that does not meet the standard at any time, with or without prior notice. Clients are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before hiring any DJ.

 

User Obligations:

• Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and using the Services.

• Users must use the Website and Services in a professional and lawful manner.

• DJs must be at least 18 years old to create a profile. 

• DJs are responsible for maintaining accurate, professional, and current information on their profiles at all times. Profiles that no longer meet the FDJA Standard may be suspended or removed.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Website, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

 

Paid Directory Services:

• Access to certain features of the Website, including DJ profile listings, requires payment of a subscription fee.

• Listing fees are non-refundable except in the case of a declined application. If your application does not meet the FDJA Standard and is not approved, you will receive guidance on next steps and/or a full refund within 7-10 business days. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for payment in accordance with the chosen subscription plan.

 

Use of the Website and Services:

• The Website and Services are intended for personal and professional use only. You agree not to use the Website or Services for any unauthorized or illegal purpose.

• You may not use the Website or Services in a manner that interferes with the normal operation of the Website or Services.

In no event shall Female DJ Association be liable for any damages, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, arising out of the use of or inability to use the Website or Services.
